Register to Vote in Atlantic County

To register to vote, you must be:

• A United States citizen.

• At least 17 years old, though you may not vote until you have reached the age of 18.

• A resident of Atlantic County for 30 days before the election.

• A person not serving a sentence of incarceration as the result of a conviction of any indictable offense under the laws of this or another state or of the United States.

To register, complete a voter registration form in English or Spanish and mail to the Atlantic County Superintendent of Elections, 1333 Atlantic Ave. 4th Floor, Atlantic City, NJ 08401. For more information, call the Superintendent’s Office at (609) 645-5880.
