Welcome to the first issue of the ACDC Volunteer Newsletter. With each issue, we’ll provide you with news, events and opportunities to get involved. Our goal is to keep you informed, connected and inspired. Together, we will make a difference!

Volunteers are the lifeblood of our organization. We need your ideas, time and talent to advance our mission of creating and protecting Democratic majorities. With a Congressional election and many important local races, 2026 will be a critical year. Here are some of the ways you can help:

  • Attend your local Democratic Club Meeting - (see Municipal Club Listing to get details and contact information)

  • Invite neighbors, friends or family members to attend meeting with you

  • Educate and register neighbors and friends to vote – Voter registration Information  

  • Volunteer to help with ACDC 51st Annual Convention – contact 609-225-7753 to learn more

March 8: ACDC 51st Annual Convention

Plans are underway for our 51st Annual Convention which will be held at Renault Winery in Egg Harbor City. This celebratory event is a great opportunity to meet the candidates, recognize volunteers, spend time with old and new friends, and conduct our annual club business. You won’t want to miss this special day – so mark your calendar. More details will be coming. My Why - Terri B.

My initial reason to volunteer with ACDC in 2019  was Trump - had to do something to counter his attempt at a second term. Then I realized how important it is to work to elect local, county, state candidates to address the daily concerns of my family. The more I learned the more I felt compelled to work towards electing those that shared my values.
